As Leo--The Girls Whitelighter
Leo was sent from The Powers That Be to protect
the Charmed Ones and to give them information on certain demons and evil beings. Leo at first, posed himself as a normal handyman
for the Halliwells, but was caught by Phoebe who saw him hovering whilre changing a light bulb on the chandelier. Although
both Phoebe and Piper pursued him at the same time, his heart belongs to Piper, but their romance was soon disrupted for it
was prohibited for whitelighters to fall in love with their charges, and the Elders forbid Leo and Piper from being together.
But after several hard times the Elders finally gave Leo permission to marry Piper. Now, Leo is doubling as Piper's
husband and the Charmed Ones whitelighter.
Orbing-
Leo has the power to orb just as Paige. It is the ability to orb
from one place to another in a shimmer of blue and white orbs.
Healing-
The ability to heal a wound or injury. This power is triggered
by love. Although Leo can not heal the dead, animals, or demons.
